Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Assist in the daily management of seasonal projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to strict quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate project goals, deadlines, and safety protocols effectively.
- Logistics Support: Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment requirements for the 2026 season to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations, conducting daily safety briefings and hazard assessments.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders, representing the company with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, including time sheets, payroll data, and incident reports, ensuring full compliance with H2B visa regulations.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one for the 2026 season.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in seasonal or hospitality operations is preferred but not mandatory; a strong work ethic is essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours during the peak season (May - October 2026).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
