Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in daily operations, including cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining facility standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals and efficiency.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management immediately.
- Adhere to the schedule, including working weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the season.
Qualifications
- Current valid H2B Visa status or proof of eligibility for visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) on a seasonal basis.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency for clear communication with guests and staff.
- Physically capable of performing the duties required, including standing for long periods and lifting light objects.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
