Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated zones within the warehouse.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to apply for H2B Visa sponsorship for the 2026 season.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
