Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and managing product displays.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, verifying accuracy of orders and handling physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship or possess a valid work authorization to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Basic computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
