Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned, including landscaping, maintenance, or hospitality support duties.
- Operate and maintain standard machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and setup for seasonal events or operational projects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and service goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, including labor laws and H2B visa regulations.
- Provide excellent customer or client service when interacting with guests or stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or possess an eligible H2B visa status.
- Previous experience in seasonal labor, agriculture, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the season.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Fluency in English is required for safety and communication purposes.
