Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed production machinery and assembly lines safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and shipping finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to apply for an H2B Visa for the 2026 season.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English to understand safety manuals and work instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
