Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in high-volume entertainment/hospitality venues
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Support special event operations and crowd control
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (2026 season)
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
