Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in hotel front desk, housekeeping, or event operations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards across guest areas and facilities
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest coordination for large-scale functions
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa sponsorship eligibility (must have current approval)
- Minimum 6 months prior hospitality/customer service experience
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan locations
