Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and workplace hygiene
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (non-negotiable)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Plano, TX worksite
