Responsibilities
- Operate automated production machinery and equipment with precision
- Perform quality control inspections and product testing
- Assemble components according to technical specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible overtime during peak season
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
