Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in luxury hotel/event settings
- Manage high-volume service operations during peak seasons
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown for premium clients

- Collaborate with management to optimize seasonal workflows
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 2 years hospitality/customer service experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
