Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest requests promptly
- Prepare and maintain resort facilities including pool areas, guest rooms, and common spaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in seasonal training programs to enhance hospitality skills
- Adhere to all safety protocols and resort quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
