Responsibilities

- Assist with event setup and seasonal promotions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status with legal work authorization
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency in reservation systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with cultural sensitivity
