Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables) using manual and mechanized methods
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to EPA regulations
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper storage of harvested goods
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety protocols
- Assist with greenhouse operations and seedling propagation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or current H2A status
- Minimum 6 months documented farm/agriculture experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts during peak season
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
