Responsibilities
- Plant, irrigate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, onions, melons)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Perform general field maintenance and pest control
- Work in all weather conditions including extreme heat
- Follow supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months crop farming experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 10+ hour days/6 days weekly
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior agricultural violations
- Reliable transportation to worksite
