Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate farm machinery, tractors, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Pack and grade agricultural products according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Must possess valid H2A visa status or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in farming, ranching, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency for safety and communication.
