Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, wheat)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control treatments
- Assist with irrigation system management
- Sort, pack, and load harvested products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Perform general farm maintenance duties
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic machinery operation skills preferred
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to work site
