Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Maintain irrigation systems and field sanitation
- Sort, pack, and grade produce according to quality standards
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and pest control
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 3 months prior agricultural experience
- Physical ability to work 8-10 hour days in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak season
- Clean driving record for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
