Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks and cargo vans safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the work area to ensure safety standards.
- Assist in quality control checks of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily tasks and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required for EB3 petition).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and handling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency.
- Valid identification documents for visa processing.
