Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, loading/unloading of materials and equipment
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and production line tasks
- Follow strict protocols for equipment usage and workplace safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
