Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and janitorial duties to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist in general facility upkeep, including minor repairs and landscaping tasks.
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the facility team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or custodial work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company protocols.
