Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Perform basic laundry and linen sorting, folding, and pressing duties.
- Assist with the movement of furniture and equipment as needed for events or renovations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide exceptional service and assistance to guests and team members with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality and attendance.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be willing to learn and follow detailed instructions.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (must be willing to undergo sponsorship process).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency in the English language preferred for communication.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
