Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate standard machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality control and meet daily quotas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Participate in regular safety training and emergency drills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English (required for safety protocols).
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baton Rouge facility.
- No prior specialized trade license required (on-the-job training provided).
