Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of freight and materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in inventory organization, stocking, and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and reporting systems.
