Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and societal shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and agile execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation projects with measurable market impact
