Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging domains
- Published research in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic solutions (AI/AR/quantum)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
