Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to inform strategic decisions
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Author thought leadership content on technology foresight and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI, IoT, or advanced digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience working with startups and Fortune 500 organizations
