Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech innovations into commercial offerings
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators, researchers, and thought leaders
- Conduct scenario planning for technology disruption and market transformation
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or strategies
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
