Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences and interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks
