Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and market signals to develop 3-5 year strategic forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends and their business implications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Author white papers on future-of-work, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating trends into market advantages
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
