Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for strategic partnerships
- Design resilience frameworks for climate adaptation and workforce transformation
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or similar)
