- Author predictive white papers and trend reports influencing industry standards
- Manage a $5M innovation fund, allocating resources to high-impact emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable biotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in remote-first environments
