- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026's most critical challenges
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Design innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year horizon opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting platforms (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4)
- Published thought leadership in future-shaping domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term transformation
