Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Roadmap using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with emerging technologies
- Produce quarterly Futures Intelligence Reports with actionable insights on AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market volatility in the 2025-2030 timeframe
- Represent Nexus Horizon at global Davos-style forums and TED-style innovation summits
- Mentor a team of Future Analysts using our proprietary 'Temporal Foresight' methodology
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot ventures targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Proven expertise in forecasting disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business media
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable futures
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-back strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
