Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future concepts and accelerate innovation cycles
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author quarterly 'Future Briefs' for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Strong quantitative modeling background with proficiency in Python/R
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
