Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption
- Present future-state insights to C-suite executives through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Publish thought leadership in industry foresight publications
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for translating foresight into action
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven narratives
