Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 and beyond
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports published in industry-leading journals
- Design and implement innovation pipelines that turn futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation products and services
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling capabilities
- Credible thought leadership with published work in futurism or strategic innovation
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on disruptive transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
