Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to transform foresight into competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs for prototype development and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for global stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
