You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop forward-looking strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging innovations to forecast industry developments through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future market conditions
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academic researchers, and futurist communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or strategic foresight (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of successful tech trend forecasting and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
