Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with current business objectives
- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for breakthrough opportunities
- Monitor global macro trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse data points
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
