Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, economic, and sociocultural megatrends through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovation pathways
- Produce strategic whitepapers on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align 2026 R&D priorities with market needs
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify future-shaping startups
- Present foresight insights to board of directors and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term strategy
