Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, socio-economic, and cultural trends to map 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trajectories
- Collaborate with R&D to align long-term vision with product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related discipline
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic forecasts
