Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global trends to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to map future business landscapes

- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Experience presenting at Davos, CES, or equivalent global forums
