- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers positioning Innovatech as a future authority
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and policymakers to identify emerging opportunities
- Design adaptive governance frameworks for navigating exponential change and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic foresight projects
