- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and predictive intelligence reports
- Advose executive teams on innovation investment strategies and risk mitigation
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI-enhanced trend analysis
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work in futurism publications or peer-reviewed journals
