Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for strategic decision-making
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging market opportunities
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and manage ecosystem partnerships with R&D institutions and industry pioneers
- Champion design thinking methodologies for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least one emerging technology domain (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
