Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bioengineering, quantum computing) to map 5-10 year strategic implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author foresight reports and trend briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Design organizational resilience protocols for technological singularity readiness
- Partner with R&D to align emerging tech investments with future market needs
- Host executive workshops on exponential change and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with Delphi method, causal layered analysis, or similar foresight tools
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
