Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for product development and business expansion
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business recommendations
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Oversee implementation of innovation incubators for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or healthcare sectors preferred
