As our Futurist Strategist, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate market shifts, identify paradigm-altering opportunities, and develop actionable roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast industry trajectories through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategies
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong data literacy and analytical modeling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) preferred
