You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate future scenarios into tangible business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting technology, markets, and human behavior through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging industries
- Present future forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Advise R&D teams on future-proofing technology portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with validated case studies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leader in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
